RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We gladly accept returns for items within14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at myeconatural.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed within14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any applicable shipping costs (if applicable).
Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
